You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
Certain features of the Services may require payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (and our third-party payment providers) to charge your payment method for applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Services are owned by Timekeeper Hub or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that may harm us or others.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timekeeper Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timekeeper Hub, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
